Goolwa Kitchens and Wardrobes is a proud HIA Award winning, South Australian manufacturing company.

Located in Goolwa, we provide the local and metropolitan area with quality custom, in-house designed and manufactured kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and all storage cabinetry.

Applying over 30 years of combined experience GKW employs 18 people and as a team we pride ourselves on offering a complete service, ensuring your project runs smoothly and is completed to a very high standard.

 

Key elements of our Sliding Wardrobes

• GKW robes are custom designed and made to suit your individual requirements.
• Our drawers our made with Metal sided drawer runners with 16mm solid MDF bottoms ensuring a solid, smooth drawer system.
• The interiors are White Melamine (HMR) finished with 1mm Dura-edge, making them hard wearing and easy to wipe clean.
• The VERSASTYLE WARDROBE DOOR system features modern profiles that are suitable for Melamine board, Mirror or Optipanel (Glass) inserts, this aluminium framing system uses load bearing rollers which are designed to allow the doors to glide easily on the aluminium track.
• Quality 25mm chrome Hanging rails.
• Full length bumper strip eliminates metal to metal contact for silent closing

 

 

 

Care and Maintenance

 

The ‘’Hindmarsh'’ (Melamine) along with the “Finnis” (Painted) door style should only ever need to be washed down with a soft cloth using warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse well with fresh warm water and dry. Strong detergents and abrasive cleaners should never be used to clean your Sliding doors or the Versastyle Door track system as these may scratch or damage the surface.

Your new WARDROBE DOOR system uses the Alspec Wardrobe Door rollers which do not require any form of lubrication of the bearing or the track surface as it will impede the product’s function.
